Potential New Gem in Queens! We had the pleasure of stopping by last weekend and had an amazing time. This place just opened but we think it has the potential to be a gem in Queens, a borough with no shortage of great food already. Service Our server, Casey, was a joy to meet. He was incredibly personable, and was willing to answer any questions we had. He was super attentive and made sure we felt like we were taken care of throughout the meal! Food We ordered the Tuna Tartare, the Octopus, the Lobster Pasta and the Diver's Scallops. Every dish we ordered screamed fresh, whether it was the seafood or the other ingredients such as the avocado. Our favorite dish was the Diver's Scallops, which were cooked to absolute perfection. We ordered the Neo Rocher for dessert which was their fancy Ferrero Rocher, and it was just chocolatey goodness. It was incredibly rich, and was a strong way to end the dinner. Drinks We ordered 3 drinks, and unfortunately can't remember the names of them all. Each of the drinks we ordered were presented beautifully with great flavor. I especially liked the Wake Up in Ibiza which seemed to be their take on a martini espresso. The flavor was smooth, and the vanilla they added was super pleasant! My wife ordered a drink that had a candied pear that was also quite delicious, but I am blanking on the name of it.

The atmosphere strikes a brilliant balance between elegant and relaxed — modern Mediterranean vibes with just enough warmth to make you feel instantly welcome. We ordered the Branzino as our entree, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Freshly sourced, grilled perfectly, and served with delicate Mediterranean accents, it was moist, flavorful, and flaky in all the right places. The skin had a lovely crisp, giving way to tender flesh that melted in the mouth. The seasoning—just enough herbs, citrus, and olive oil—allowed the sea bass’s natural flavor to shine through. It wasn’t just a dish; it was a whole experience. But what truly elevated the evening was the service—and especially the bar. Stephanie, our bartender, deserves serious applause. Attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her craft. She guided us through the cocktail menu, suggesting pairings that complemented the branzino. Her signature drinks were creative without being showy, and each sip was beautifully balanced. More than that, she made us feel genuinely taken care of: timing, personality, cheerful presence—she brought it all. If you’re looking for a place in Queens where the food (especially the seafood) is top notch, and the drinks and service are equally excellent, Néo is absolutely worth a visit. Stephanie alone makes it a destination; the branzino confirms it.

Great addition to the neighborhood! Came here for a birthday party with open bar. The food was delicious and they accommodated dietary restrictions. Their presentation for food and drinks was also great. They even have a drink called the Birkin that comes with a cute mini purse attached.

The service, ambiance, food and cocktails at Neo are all top notch. I’ve dined at Neo about three times over the last couple of months, and it has easily become one of my favorite restaurants. The food is fantastic in both display and taste, and the drinks are crafted to art. Our server, Casey, whom I had the pleasure of having take care of us during all three visits, is personable and makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. I won’t hesitate to recommend this well-decorated and beautiful restaurant. Neo is now one of my staple spots to visit with friends and family. NEO provides an upscale vibe in a hidden neighborhood gem. Every time I go we try something different on the menu and it doesn’t disappoint. My favorite part is sitting at the bar for well balanced martinis made by STEPHANIE her elegance and knowledge of wine and spirits compliment perfectly to my meals. She is also super friendly and professional.

An absolute standout in the neighborhood — modern, stylish, and effortlessly welcoming. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone: chic decor with a cozy, upscale vibe that’s perfect for everything from a casual night out to a special celebration. The menu is a refreshing blend of contemporary American and Mediterranean influences, with thoughtful twists on classics and seasonal ingredients that really shine. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Neo is well worth the visit. It's exactly what Hollis Hills needed!

What an incredible experience! Saturday night felt like stepping into a hidden, glamorous restaurant known only to the elite. Each dish we sampled was a masterpiece, crafted to perfection. The chef even made a personal visit to check on our meal, which added a lovely touch of class. The DJ created an amazing atmosphere, and the drinks were simply outstanding. The galaktoburiko dessert was, without a doubt, one of the best I've ever tasted. I can't wait to return!

It was our wedding anniversary and I was excited to try Neo restaurant. Inside the decor and ambiance was a beautiful and romantic as you could imagine with red roses and gold accents adorning the entire restaurant, tastefully. Our server was more than warm and professional, offering recommendations, excellent service and even giving us two complimentary expresso martinis to celebrate our special occasion. I think we saw the owner or manager as well who also came over to give a friendly hello and ensure we had a great time. The food was delicious as well. Highlights were: the calamari, normally its fine anywhere but here extremely tasteful, and not over battered and their filet mignon burger. We knew when it came stamped with the restaurants name on the bun, they meant business. I also tried the mussels and lobster pasta. Also good, but not as amazing as the calamari and burger. It was slow for a saturday night, however the staff did not hover and knew exactly when to check in and offer dessert. I hope this beautiful restaurant becomes a staple to Bayside. We will return for another romantic night, absolutely
